The caller’s conversations, newest first — the data behind the history list. Each item is a header (title, turn_count, last_message_at, expires_at, status), not the messages; fetch a single conversation for the transcript. Students see only their own conversations; console and admin roles see any conversation in their tenant. Paginate with page and page_size (1–100).
